Founders Day

This past month, PTA was honored to announce the 2008 Founders Day Award recipients at the January PTA meeting and Dr. Dragos staff meeting. Founders Day is an annual event in which we recognize and appreciate those who prove themselves advocates for our children. These dedicated individuals seek not reward, which is the most compelling reason to show them our gratitude. The Founders Day Awards for all LCF schools will be held on Tuesday, March 11 at LCHS Cafeteria. The following are the award winners from LCHS 9-12:

• Christine Burrows (parent)
• Karen Mathison (parent)
• James Cartnal (teacher)
• Tom Traeger (teacher)
• Deputy Todd Samms (adjunct staff)

We will share more information on each of our winners in the upcoming weeks. Please plan to join us at the ceremony on March 11 to honor these deserving individuals
